Free Storm & hail damage inspections in selected areas
Flight or site? It's better to get the All Clear.
Insurance assessors don't always find the full extent of storm damage. We work for the property owner, not the insurance company, to identify damage, document the cause, match it to likely storm dates and give you clear repair recommendations.
- We regularly find damage insurer assessors have missed
- Reports built for the insurance claim process
- Residential and commercial, by site or drone
No hidden costs. No pressure. Just clear evidence, clear findings and clear next steps.

Why get an inspection?
Storm damage isn't always obvious
A roof can look fine from the street and still have hail damage, damaged flashings, dented guttering, affected solar panels or water entry points that lead to corrosion.
A proper inspection helps you find out:
- Whether visible storm damage is present, and where
- Whether the damage appears consistent with a known storm event
- Whether further testing may be required
- What rectification work may be needed
- Whether claim support, repairs or maintenance should be considered
You can't always see storm damage from the driveway. Get it checked properly.
The All Clear Inspect report
More than a quick look. A report built for insurance claim evidence.
Insurance assessors and panel builders can miss or minimise damage. Our report shows what was found, where it was found, why it matters and what repairs should be considered. Where damage is identified, your report may include:
- Property overview photos
- Roof and structure observations
- Damage photos grouped by area
- Storm damaged items
- A causation section
- Storm date identification
- Weather, news and storm references
- Recommended rectifications
- Access, safety and testing notes
- Repair and tender guidance
Property, inspection date, relevant storm date and how the inspection was carried out.
Damage photos grouped by item: roof sheets, flashings, gutters, skylights, solar and more.
Separates storm damage from wear and tear, and links it to the likely storm event.
- Replace damaged roof sheeting
- Test solar panels
Practical next steps: repairs, replacement, make-safe, testing or referral.
How it works
Five simple steps and you're in the know
You don't need to climb on your roof, deal with trades or guess what the damage means.
Book your inspection
Send us your property details and we'll confirm whether we're currently inspecting in your area.
Site or flight assessment
We inspect on site, by drone, or both. If an insurer has already missed damage, we may be able to attend a dual inspection.
Evidence is captured
We document visible damage, affected areas, roof components, external items and supporting observations.
Your report is prepared
Photos, findings, storm-event references and recommendations, compiled into a clear report.
You choose the next step
If damage is found, we explain your options and can refer you to licensed claim, repair or testing specialists.
What we inspect
Not just the roof: everything a storm can hit
Hail and wind damage rarely stops at the roof sheets. We check the external items insurers and panel builders often leave off the scope.
- Metal roofs
- Ridge capping & flashings
- Gutters & downpipes
- Skylights
- Roof vents & penetrations
- Solar panels
- Window frames & screens
- Roller doors
- Cladding & walls
- Air-con units & casings
- Fencing, sheds & carports
- Other external items
Site or flight
The best evidence, captured safely
Depending on the property, location and access, we arrange a site inspection, a drone (flight) inspection or both. Whichever method we use, the aim is the same: clear evidence and a clear report.
Site inspections
An inspector attends in person to inspect accessible areas and photograph the damage up close.
Flight inspections
Drone imagery captures roof data, photos and damage evidence from above, where suitable.
If the assessor can't find the damage, we can attend and help point it out.

Claim support referrals
If damage is found, you won't be left guessing
Our job is to inspect, document and report. Where claim help is needed, we only refer clients to suitable claim management companies with the correct financial services licensing.
You stay in control of your property, your insurer and your decisions.
How claim referrals work- Correctly licensed referrals onlyClaim help comes from appropriately licensed specialists.
- Dual inspections with assessorsIf the assessor can't find the damage, we can attend and help point it out.
- Evidence from day oneThe right report at the start gives you a stronger foundation.

Damage they didn't know they had
Many of our clients thought their roof was fine until they saw the photos.
I had no idea that my roof was so damaged. Without these guys coming out and having a look I never would have contacted my insurance.
At first we were sceptical, we have heard about those scams going around… we didn't think the storm was that bad. After seeing the pictures of the dents we couldn't believe the damage. So happy with the result.
First claim had to be reopened, heaps of hail missed, whole roof replacement completed.
Cancelled at first. Thought why not and rebooked the appointment. So glad I did.
Just a great guy, always kept in contact with me and gave me updates… all the way till the end.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys!

FAQs
Straight answers
Is the inspection really free?
In selected areas and circumstances, All Clear Inspect may provide a free property inspection. Availability depends on location, storm history, property type and current inspection campaigns. There are no hidden costs, and anything that isn't free is explained upfront.
Do you work for the insurance company?
No. All Clear Inspect works for the property owner. Our job is to identify, document and report on visible property damage so the owner can make informed decisions.
Do insurance assessors miss damage?
It can happen. Our inspectors regularly identify storm and hail damage that has been overlooked, dismissed or under-scoped during insurer assessments. That's why photographic evidence, causation notes and repair recommendations matter.
What happens if damage is found?
We document the damage and prepare a report. Depending on your situation, we may recommend repair quoting, further testing, make-safe action, maintenance or referral to a suitable licensed claim management specialist.
Do I need to climb onto the roof?
No, and you shouldn't. Roof inspections can be dangerous and should be carried out by suitable inspectors using appropriate safety controls.
